Meet Our Team

Luke Jensen BA
Founder & CEO
Luke served in the Marine Corps for 6 and 2 years in the National Guard, deploying to Afghanistan for a year with an Airborne infantry unit. After his deployment Luke spent a number of years traveling and searching for his place in the world. His adventures took him to South America where he started working with Shamans and plant medicines. During this time Luke started working with different neurotechnologies on himself, spending the next ten years studying the topic.
A serendipitous meeting a few years ago brought Luke and Dr Richard Soutar together, sharing the same dream to combine plant medicine shamanism, neurofeedback and QEEG brain mapping. Luke has been living off and on in Peru for the last five years, and has been involved in brain research with plant medicines and shamanism. Luke passionately believes that neurotechnology combined with ancient practices can allow humans to reach elevated spiritual states and peak potentials that are almost boundless. To him, Neuro Enlightenment is a living manifestation of furthering research into human consciousness and the vision to give people the tools to manifest their highest selves.

Cinzia Molla
Co-Founder, Neuro Enlightenment
Clinician, QEEG Brain Mapping & Neurofeedback
Cinzia is a Peruvian-born clinician specializing in QEEG brain mapping, neurofeedback, and neuroscience-informed integration. Based in the Sacred Valley of Peru, her work bridges applied neuroscience with expanded states of consciousness, helping clients better understand patterns related to trauma, stress, emotional regulation, performance, and post-retreat integration.
Through Neuro Enlightenment, Cinzia provides personalized brain mapping analysis, remote neurofeedback training, and retreat-based neuroscience support. Her work combines measurable neurological insight with a grounded, trauma-informed approach to healing and transformation.
Alongside her neuroscience work, Cinzia has spent years working directly within international retreat environments in Peru as a translator, facilitator, and integration support practitioner, bridging communication between English-speaking guests, facilitators, and traditional healers. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she has extensive experience supporting individuals through intense transformational processes with clarity, steadiness, and compassion.
Her background also includes years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training, an influence that deeply informs her understanding of nervous system regulation, discipline, resilience, embodiment, and performance under pressure. This combination of neuroscience, lived experience, movement practice, and cross-cultural work gives her approach a uniquely grounded and integrative perspective.
Her work sits at the intersection of modern neuroscience, nervous system optimization, and ancient healing traditions, exploring how measurable brain-based technologies can support deeper self-awareness, healing, and human potential.
