Ayahuasca Meets Spiritual Neuroscience and BJJ

We have designed our retreats around what has changed our lives.  Ayahuasca is powerful plant medicine that has the potential to "wake" people up to the spiritual world around them and to the nature of their own soul.  Spiritual Neuroscience facilitates a shortcut into altered states in profound ways while at the same at adding validity to the experience of plant medicines.  Brazilian Jiu Jitsu bring us into the physical.  It moves us past the chattering mind and into our present awareness.

Ayahuasca

Ayahuasca is also known as the vine of the soul.  It has been used by indigenous cultures to reach spiritual states that are largely unknown in the modern world.  Ayahuasca used in a ceremonial setting is SOUL medicine and we believe that all real and deep healing takes places at the soul level.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

As Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has risen in popularity many have commented on how participating in the martial art has changed their lives in profound ways.  There are many reasons for this.  BJJ brings people back into their bodies.  BJJ forces one to become comfortable in the uncomfortable.  To be willing to find that inner strength to keep fighting and pushing oneself is key to being good at BJJ.  Everyday on the mat allows us to test ourselves and see who we are.  Just like Ayahuasca has the potential to show us who we really are, everyday is a chance to face yourself on the mat.
