From the Military to Shamanism in Peru
Luke Jensen spent eight years in the military and was deployed to Afghanistan in 2011. After his deployment Luke spent many years searching for meaning and direction. This eventually led him to Peru to try Ayahuasca. After finding great spiritual healing Luke wanted to delve into other methods of healing and discovered neurofeedback and QEEG brain mapping. Luke is passionate about how well shamanism and brain training can benefit deep soul work, especially veterans. His story takes him to the deep jungles in Peru where very few Westerners have been to the Mountains of the Andes where he lives today.
From an idea to real world results
What started off as an idea has become an effective multifaceted approach to plant medicines. Today Neuro Enlightenment has forged the way by using QEEGs to document changes in the brain following the use of plant medicines. In addition, neurofeedback allows for a very in depth integration process that is often out of reach for those returning to hustle and bustle of the modern industrial world.

Our Passion For Veterans
While Neuro Enlightenment encompasses research and works with the general public our focus continues to be with veterans. Neurofeedback combined with plant medicines is a very powerful tool to help alleviate many of the issues veterans face. Moreover this combination can restore spiritual connection that is at the core of human nature. Neuro Enlightenment was founded on this paradigm and we look forward to running retreats in the future that combine plant medicines and neurofeedback specifically designed for veterans.
